Ms. Horowitz has been with Beacon Medical Services since her move to Colorado in 1997.  Prior to her employment at Beacon, she was the CFO of a 350+ multi-specialty physician group in Washington D.C.  She has a C.P.A. as well as an M.B.A. in Finance and Health Care Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
