All clients of Beacon Medical Services have access
to web-based monthly Dashboard and Financial reports to help them manage
their practice resources. The
reports provide trend data regarding census, charges, collections, payor
mix and staff hours. The reports allow our clients to quickly assess
such key measures as cash per patient, charge per patient and Work RVU
per patient in order to make pricing and staffing decisions. Beacon
Medical Services uses these reports to work with our clients to highlight
successes and to identify opportunities for improvement.
